President calls for Consensus Government Before Feb 2

Nepal's president Ram Baran Yadab has called on the political parties to form a consensus government before 2nd
February 2014 .Secretarial Office of President today has released a statement citing the Article 38(1) of Interim Constitution Of Nepal 2063 BS.In the statement President Yadab has called on the political parties, who have been elected in the Constituent Assembly which will also work as the Legislature Parliament of Nepal, to elect a prime minister based on the consensus and form a cabinet under his chairmanship before February 2.
The announcement from the President has came after  Nepali Congress,  the largest party in Parliament, has elected Sushil Koirala as the Party  Parliamentary leader of the Congress party.
In the Party Parliamentary Leader Election earlier today, Sushil Koirala has won with 105 votes over another powerful
party leader Sher Bahadur Deuba, who has garnered only 96 votes.Nepali Congress has total of 196 seats in the CA of  Nepal with 105 seats from direct election and 91 votes from Proportional Representation.Sushil Koirala and Sher Bahadur Deuba both had won from 2 constituency, thus making only 194 voters in todays PP leader election.
There has been a practice that President will probably extend the timeline for formation of government if the parties are not able to do so within the stipulated time.
Present government of Khil Raj Regmi will be replaced with new representative from the people again as present government was formed by parties in the past only to conduct the CA election.
