The Special Court today has asked Rs 10 Million bail to so called Don, Milan
Gurung aka Chakre Milan.Chakre, although has been spending another Jail Term in Central jail,
was prosecuted by Department Of Anti- Money Loundering last month. He has been sent back to Central Jail again.
Similarly his wife Indira Gurung was asked to pay Rs 200 Thousand bail, she managed to pay biil
and has got released.
The Anti-Money Loundering Department has filed case against other Gundas Dipak Manangi, Parshuram Basnet, Ganesh lama and Abhishek Giri on similar accusation.
Gangster Parshuram Basnet has came out of the jail after paying 20 Million Bail as asked by special court.
He has shown papers of land in Bhaktapur, jointly owned by Jit Bahadur Lama and Jit Bahadur Khatri of Sudal Bhaktapur.It is understood that CPN-UML had made this arrangement as Basnet is the central member of UML Youth Wing.Basnet has said that it Wouldn't be possible for him to come out of jail if the party hadn't helped him.

Last month Basnet had gone to jail when he was unable to pay the bail amount.
