Ex-lawmaker and Two Indian National Made Public on Alam Murder case

Finally CIB Nepal Police has made public 3 persons on sunday suspected to be involved on Alam Murder Case.Mohammad Alam, candidate of CPN UML Bara-4 was shot in Bara on 4th of October .The accused include a former CA Member from the same party CPN-UMl and two others are Indian citizens.
The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police has made public Ex-lawmaker Ram Chandra Pyasi Kusawaha and two Indians named Atik Khan and Raju Shreevastav in a Press Conference organized in Bara yesterday.
Atik Khan-42 is a civil engineer having a business in laxmitol Birgunj and residing at Birgunj-4 whereas Raju Shreevatav is a Journalist based in North India, who seems to have been collected and exchanged the information for the murder.
The preliminary investigation has pointed finger towards  Ram Chandra  Pyasi as the mastermind of the murder and those two Indians have been hired for the murder."The evidence found so far have suggested their involvement on the murder, although the investigation is still going on", says DIG Prakash Aryal
who is also the Chief of CIB (Central Investigation Bureau) of Nepal Police.
On October 4th, 2 assailants came on motorbike had shot Alam on his head in front of Chawasati Mill at Parwanipur in Bara district.He was brought to Kathmandu by Helicopter on the same day and received treatment at TU Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj and he died on 10th October.

Ramchandra Pyasi Kusawaha

Alam had filed Candidacy for the upcoming November 19 CA Election from CPN-UML party.He was shot at right on the next day after he filed
candidacy.His wife has been selected as the CA candidate for the same post after his death.
