This week, a 15 years boy has become an instant hero after he scored an exciting goal in the ongoing SAFF championship. That  goal from Bimal Ghartimagar (15 years 11 months) on 92 minutes not only saved Nepal's defeat from Pakistan equalizing 1-1, but also saved our blush as a host nation.Filled with 20000 home audiences at Dashrath stadium, Nepal played on a pressure the whole time after Pakistan scored at early 14 minute of the first half. Anil Gurung was sent off the ground at the last minute of the first half.Although Nepal made alot of attacks and created moves, but noone was able to score. The only one goal from Pakistan on first half seemed to be a winner goal until the 90 minutes.Nepal saw several changes on it's players like Jagajit Shrestha and Bimal Ghartimagar on second half.Nepali audiences had almost accepted the defeat when the regular 90 minutes of the match was finished.
But the match took a dramatic turn when the teenager Bimal Ghartimagar scored a beautiful goal in a puzzling clash inside the D area.Although it was only an equalizing goal, but Nepal celebrated it an an wining goal because it somehow proved that we didn't lose and that goal kept Nepal's semifinal dream clearly stronger. And Bimal registered his personal record of being the youngest scorer in the SAFF Championship.
After the goal, Bimal Ghartimagar has became the national Hero, all the print media, Televisions, Radios , online medias and social medias have been admiring him.Audiences have known more insights of him now. Bimal was born in Bhutaha Nawalparasi. He has a sister and  mother at home whereas his Nepal Soldier father was died in an accident.Bimal used to play from ANFA Academy Butwal and has been living

This is not an easy entry into SAFF National Team for Bimal Ghartimagar.Bimal has scored many goals in many of his aged group matches. On the under 16 Championship in Dashrath Stadium, Bimal had scored 6 goals in 3 matches. He had scored 2 goals against Pakistan and 4 goals against Bhutan.Likewise he had scored 8 goals in AFC U-14 Football Festival and 7 goals in 4 matches of U-14 Football Festival held in Japan.During the SAFF Championship qualifying game, Bimal had done a hat-trick with 8-2 victory over All Arabia SC Kuwait.
Bimal had become man of the Series during Rupandehi DDC Cup and PABSON Cup.Nepal has definitely
expected more good results in upcoming games from him.But the Government and the ANFA must provide him an appropriate environment so that he can continue his study and further improve his skill.
