Talks Team, lead by Women Children and Social Welfare Minister Riddhibaba Joshi,
has came to an agreement signing 10 Points Deal. All the protest programs called
by kamlaris have been withdrawn following the agreement.
Agreement In Brief:
1. To Investigate Sirjana Chaudhari Murder case.
2. To Provide Medication to all the injured during agitation.
3. To compensate NPR 500 Hundred Thousand to family of deceased
Sirjana Chaudhari immediately, whereas final decision will be taken after the
report by the Investigation Committee as per the existing law.And also to Refer Government
to provide necessary add to family of deceased Meghi Chaudhari from 8-Daidawadi ,Chaumala
kailali.
4.To Refer the Government to form Investigation Panel for finding out all Disappeared
child Kamlaris while on work.To Refer government for forming an Investigation Committee
within 10 days related to deceased Kamlaris Sarita Chaudhari from 9-Tikapur Kailali,
Seema Hoja Magar from Rampur Dang, Urmila Rana Tharu from 8-Dhangadi Dhangadi
Municipality Kailali and Medhi Chaudhari from 8-Chaumala VDC Kailali.
5.To Amend existing law facilitating more scholarship to Kamlaris Children.
6.To Declare Kamlari Freedom within one month, Rescue and Reestablish rest of the
Child Kamlaris.To Bring all the Kamlari Masters within Reach of Law.
7. To Process identifying all the freed kamlaris shortly.
8. To Identify all the kamlari Mothers and children born due to Sexual slavery and to
insure their Property Right.
9.To Free all the Detainees arrested during Kamlari Protest without condition.
10.To Withdraw all Protest Programs from Agitating side.
