The second election of Constituent Assembly is being held in Nepal today.All the election booth are set up and all security
personnel, Election Booth Officers, other staff for Booth Operation and volunteers have already reached their respective booths and
prepared for their duty today.Any one who have the name on the Voting List can cast a vote for their favorite party.The voting
process starts at 0700 AM and ends at 0500 PM.A voter must be present with the Voter's Identity Card issued by the Election Commission.
As CPN-Maoist Baiddya and his 33 party Alliance are opposing the election, Nepal Government has mobilized the Nepal Army this time
for the election.There will be three Layers of Security to inside the voter's arrival to Voting booth, peaceful voting process and secured
transportation of Vote Box into the Vote Counting Center. In the three layered security, Nepal Police and Temporary Police Personnel will be in the
center directly involved in the voting booth and Nepal Armed Force Police will Surround the Voting Booth Area whereas Nepal Army will
be patrolling the nearby area of the booth.There will be 221,497 security personnel across the nation for the election day.
Nepal Army will have the frequent air patrol from their 5 Air Bases across the country.
There are total of 1,59,80,881 Voters across the country.Voters are not allowed to bring mobile phones inside the booth.Any kind of arms and drugs
will be prohibited.Miking and any kind of activities to affect the election will be first warned and later will be arrested if not obeyed.Booth Inspection
Officer have the right to give shooting Order in case he feels is necessary.The Booth Inspection Officer will be in regular contact with the District Election
Operation Body.
There will be two different Voting Papers of one light red and one light blue.One for FTTP Direct Election for the Candidates in their Constituency and another
for the Proportional Representation Vote for the Party.Voters have to vote on different two papers choosing their candidates and the party.
