Tarun Dal Calls Chitwan Banda

It hasn't been a week that YCL (Young Communist League ) shut down chitwan for one and half day just to release their cadres from the police custody who were arrested for extorting businessmen in Chitwan district, Nepali Congress Youth Wing  "Tarun Dal" has called Chitwan Banda today demanding release of their cadres.

Two Nepali Congress cadres including Vice chairman of Tarun Dal  Town Committee Chitwan, Pramish Rai  were arrested for beating an Indian National.He was beaten for not giving them side while driving somewhere in the district.

The Banda has affected the district starting from the early monrning.Police has detained few Congress Cadres while enforcing banda in the area.Former President Of Tarun Dal Rajesh Khanal, has been arrested along wih Rabindra Gautam, secretary of Tarun Dal Chitwan and  Parmeshwar Khanal of Nepal Student Union Chitwan.

Banda has crippled life since early morning as all the transportation, Markets, schools , colleges and other business sector has been shut down.Congress Cadres are protesting on the road and several cadres have been arrested from different parts of the district.
Police has said that they are investigating the case now after prosecuting the duo Pramish Rai and Yam Bahadur Karki(known as Kanchhi).
