Chari has been arrested after Radhe, who had attaced him few week ago, claimed that the weaphon actually belonged to chari.Powerful UML leaders Rajendra Pandey and Mahesh Basnet had gone to Police Staion to ask his release, but police has denied as police need to investigate in Radhe's claim.Chari has been tranferred to Bir Hospital under security supervison as the custody is not safe for his newly wounded hand.
Dhading Besi was completely shut down since this morning.All transportation, educational institutions and other business sectors was closed.Transportation in the Prithvi Highway was also affected but locals in Galchhi Baireni had abstructed against the Banda while UML leader were giving speech in a banda program.
UML cadres Arjun Gorkhali from Dhading Besi has said that Banda will continue in Dhading Besi until Chari will be released.
Chari has been accused of possessing illegal arms and striking a motorbike ridden by Rajenda Tamang, who was left his leg broken on the evening of Chari attack in Naikap Kathmandu.Rajendra Tamang and Radhe Bhandari have been taken into custody on the charge of attacking Chari.Radhe has claimed that he attacked chari after chari attacked his brother, but the gun he used was given by Chari himself while he wroked for chari in the past.
