Is Israel safe for expatriate women? Is Israel safe destination for Nepali women workers?

Recently an Image channel  TV program, based in
Nepal, broadcasted on a social worker usha oli has raised several questions about the safety and working situation of the expatriate in Israel, which is considered to be relatively safe country for workers.
During the program recording she has said that working there is like hell as the employer there hired
them like slaves watching their physical structure, transporting them in a narrow vehicle like cattle, and forcing them into extremely unsafe work and harassing them in many ways if they disobey the employer.
She has stated that one has to compromise the prestige in term of sexuality which is unacceptable for any women .
After watching the program, many Nepali people working in Israel or those worked in past have  shown disagreement and anger to her statement.
As a normal viewer what i assume is she was pissed off on her work as her employer was  a mental sick, who may have behaved abnormal and even abused her sexually. She didnt report to police , Nepal consulate or any social organization there, instead she returned to Nepal where she had a long term soared family issue with her husband.
Conclusion is nowhere in this world is safe, it happens everywhere, best thing is you have to be careful and seek proper remedy when you feel you have been victimized.
